Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

  • Products returned after the allowed timeframe

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
